Where a package-specific cancellation policy has been provided, that policy shall prevail
In the absence of a package-specific policy, the following standard cancellation policy shall apply.
A. Company Events
Cancellation
Registration fees paid towards company events are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, participants may submit a written request for cancellation. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision made by Event Solutions shall be final.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to services involving third-party bookings, permits, venue reservations, accommodation, transportation, catering, event merchandise, and other pre-paid arrangements made on behalf of the participant.
B. Training Services
Cancellation
Participants may cancel their enrolment at any time by providing written notice to Event Solutions. Where the training program has already commenced, cancellation charges may apply.
Refunds
Where applicable, refunds may be processed on a pro-rata basis after deducting the value of training already delivered, administrative charges, and any non-recoverable costs incurred by Event Solutions.
Non-Refundable Services
Digital course materials, online learning content, certifications, downloadable resources, examination fees, and other specified services are non-refundable once access has been granted.
C. Tours, Expeditions & Travel Packages
Each tour, expedition, or travel package is designed individually and shall have its own specific Cancellation & Refund Policy, which will form an integral part of that package.
Cancellation Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the package brochure:
- Cancellation more than 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the event: 100% refund of the participation fee, subject to deduction of any non-recoverable third-party costs.
- Cancellation between 10 weeks and 7 weeks prior to the commencement of the event: 50% refund of the participation fee, after deduction of applicable non-recoverable expenses.
- Cancellation less than 7 weeks prior to the commencement of the event: No refund shall be payable.
Refund Amount
The refund amount shall be determined in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy and may be subject to deductions towards administrative charges, taxes, transaction fees, and any costs already incurred by Event Solutions on behalf of the participant.
Refund Process
Approved refunds shall be processed to the participant’s original registered bank account or the original mode of payment within the prescribed processing period.
Refunds will not be transferred to any third-party bank account or alternate payment method.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Visa fees and permit charges
- Hotel reservations
- Airline, rail, or transport bookings
- Vehicle rentals
- Event merchandise
- Insurance premiums
- Government fees and taxes
- Third-party bookings
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Any service specifically identified as non-refundable
No-Show
Participants who fail to report for the event, arrive late, voluntarily withdraw after commencement, or are removed from the event due to violation of the Terms & Conditions shall not be entitled to any refund.
Force Majeure
No refunds shall be payable for cancellations, postponements, or changes arising due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Event Solutions, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, road closures, or other force majeure events. Event Solutions may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative event, credit note, or partial refund where feasible.
